Her Reem Acra gown was amazing on top, but once you scroll down the picture changes. It is really a beautiful long prom dress. The Skirt looked like an origami made of fabric. To be honest, I think Maddona could have done better. Cork Fashion Week

The glamorous girls, funky fashionistas and top class trend setters descended upon the Blue Haven Hotel in the harbor town of Kinsale for the night of Cork Fashion Week! A fashion week, so what evening dresses or cocktail party dresses they wore for this evening party? So let us go and see!

This fantastic evening was the Fashion Rocks showcase, held at the newly restored Blue Haven Hotel, a grade listed Georgian building which provided a stunning back drop for the evening’s festivities.

Bongo players, flame throwers and exotic belly dancers set the scene for party goers arriving at the Studio Blue Nightclub @ the Blue Haven Hotel. A delicious oyster and champagne reception followed as one of the many treats the evening had in store. Stunning models walked through the crowds showing off their amazing figures in cutting edge designs. Yet, we can see the models above picture were wearing short evening dresses, looking so beautiful.
Cork fashion week was officially kicked off with a fashion showcase @ Triskel, Christchurch, a stunning church venue that was beautifully decorated with candles and flowers, the atmosphere was so individual.
The catwalk shows featured designs from the finest of Cork’s fashion boutiques and blew all the guests away. At the end of the evening an award was presented for the Cork Young Designer of the Year & Best New Comer.
